Founded by Steven Wilson, a U.S. Army and Army National Guard Veteran with over 24 years of distinguished service, The Way Service combines military discipline, strategic planning, and compassion-driven leadership. As a former Senior Human Resource Manager, Steven spent decades supporting service members and families during critical life transitions — including deployment, crisis response, casualty assistance, and end-of-life matters.

After witnessing firsthand the emotional and administrative burdens families face when estate plans are incomplete or disorganized, Steven established The Way Service to provide structured estate planning support for both military and civilian communities.
